What benefits do you see for patients throughout Florida within this space?
I can only speak to the business side of cannabis as it pertains to the patients throughout Florida. As the industry seeks out best practices, better operating procedures and sets higher standards necessary to effectively compete, the patients will benefit most.
What motivates you to be a part of the Cannabis Industry?
It is all about education for me. As a company we never sought out an opportunity to get involved with cannabis. When our audience of attorneys wanted to expand their practice into cannabis it became imperative that we offer programming to assist them with their continuing education. It quickly became evident that our topics and format were needed in the cannabis industry. So, we are motivated from necessity.
What field are you in within the Cannabis space?
Events and education. We are a networking source looking to connect local cannabis communities and to be a resource to the entire cannabis ecosystem.
How can people in Florida benefit from the company you represent?
The entire state can benefit from community vetting, better business standards and business practices. This is an industry that has been operating as a black market for years and it will be some time before things will operate as they should.
How did you get started within the cannabis industry?
Educating attorneys. We noticed early that cannabis law was an emerging practice area and for lawyers out of law school there was no education available. As a company providing continuing education to attorneys, it really became up to us to fill the gap. The rest is history.

No
Do you see Florida moving forward with recreational Marijuana/Cannabis and how will that affect your business?
We see recreational cannabis as inevitable statewide and nationally. We want Cannabis LAB everywhere. You know what we say – Grow healthy. Grow wealthy. Grow smarter … and everywhere.
