Subsidiary One Plant Florida to Open New Dispensary and Delivery Hub Location in Avon Park, Slated for Oct. 15 Opening

Bluma Wellness Inc. (the “Company” or “Bluma Wellness”) (CSE: BWEL.U) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary company, One Plant Florida (“One Plant”), is slated to open its latest dispensary retail location and delivery hub in Avon Park, Florida. The store is expected to open on Oct. 15, 2020, subject to the receipt of all required regulatory approvals from the City of Avon Park and the Florida Office of Medical Marijuana Use (“OMMU”).

One Plant, an emerging player in Florida’s medical cannabis marketplace, was the first medical marijuana treatment center in Florida to invest in, scale up, and operate a statewide home delivery platform. It also launched the state’s first approved curbside delivery option at its dispensary locations.

One Plant’s Avon Park location is centrally located at 299 U.S. Highway 27 S, Avon Park, FL 33825, allowing One Plant Florida to serve qualified patients in Highlands County and throughout Central Florida. This location will offer patients in Avon Park, as well as patients in the Sebring, Lake Wales, Fort Meade and Lake Placid areas (via delivery), access to One Plant’s top-shelf genetics, hang-dried and hand-trimmed flower, vape products, concentrates and merchandise via an in-store experience, curbside pickup or home delivery.

One Plant cultivates, processes, dispenses and retails medical cannabis to qualified patients in the State of Florida through multiple retail dispensaries and an innovative next-day door-to-door e-commerce home delivery service. The company’s retail sites are carefully selected to promote efficient delivery of premium flower to Florida’s patients. The Avon Park location is One Plant’s sixth retail location in Florida. The company expects to open several additional locations throughout the state before the end of the year.

One Plant strives to provide top-quality, best-in-class cannabis and cannabis-derived products. It hand-picks its premium cannabis flowers, which are sold as flower, pre-rolls, distillate and in concentrate form. Offerings include prime and rare strains of cannabis flower such as Mac1, Runtz, SherbD, ChemD, Chem91, I75, Fish Whistle, Dirty Lemons, and Ebony and Ivory, among others. It also sells vaporizers, vaporizer accessories, and vaping cartridges.

“We are very excited to join the Avon Park community, and we look forward to a long and productive relationship with the community and its patients,” said Brady Cobb, CEO of Bluma Wellness. “This new location will allow us to better serve patients in Central Florida as we continue to focus on expanding and optimizing our home delivery and curbside pickup network throughout the state.”

Bluma Wellness intends to open three (3) additional One Plant retail dispensaries and/or delivery hubs in Orlando (Fern Park), North Miami and Bonita Springs by the end of 2020, pending receipt of all required municipal approvals and regulatory approvals from the OMMU.

To utilize One Plant’s robust delivery and curbside options at its retail locations, orders can be placed online, and patients can use CanPay for payment. A loyalty rewards program is offered as well. Patients must have a medical marijuana card to purchase products.
